Player representation is a key service that we provide to our clients. As their agent, we act as a liaison between the player and teams, negotiating contracts and securing the best possible deals on their behalf. We also provide ongoing support to our clients throughout their careers, helping them to navigate the many challenges they may face from U18 to professional hockey players. Advisory Services

We understand that some players will prioritize their NCAA eligibility and may choose our advisory services as a family advisor instead of a traditional agent. This means that they pay for our services upfront, and we provide guidance and support up-to and throughout their college careers. We are happy to work with players and their families to help them make informed decisions about their future. We understand the complexities of NCAA rules and regulations and will work to ensure that our clients stay within those guidelines while still achieving their goals.  We are committed to helping players achieve their goals both on and off the ice, and our expertise can be a valuable asset to players who want to maintain their NCAA eligibility while pursuing a career in professional hockey.

Scouting Assessments

Our scouting process is meticulous and thorough, designed to identify the most talented players and provide them with the support they need to reach their full potential. We work closely with a team of experienced scouts who have an in-depth understanding of the hockey industry and can identify players with exceptional skill and potential.

Once a player is identified, we begin the process of collecting information and assessing their abilities. This includes an analysis of their game film, as well as interviews with coaches, teammates, and other individuals who have worked with the player in the past. We also evaluate a player's physical attributes, such as their speed, strength, and agility, to gain a complete understanding of their capabilities.

Mentoring

Our mentoring services can provide young players with valuable guidance and support to help them achieve their goals on and off the ice. Sometimes, it can be challenging for parents to provide constructive feedback and support without it feeling like pressure or criticism. That's where our mentors come in - they can offer an objective perspective and work closely with the player to identify areas for improvement, set goals, and create a personalized development plan.

Our mentors also understand the importance of a healthy balance between hockey and other aspects of life, such as school and family. Sometimes, a bit of distance from parental figures can help players develop independence and a sense of ownership over their own development. By working with our mentors, players can take control of their own growth and achieve their full potential in hockey and beyond
